My experience is that Paul Tsiorba is a scam artist and can not be trusted. He scams people and is shady and his properties are in foreclosure. This won't stop him from renting them out and stealing your security deposit before you are evicted just a month later. Do not buy anything form him, do not rent from him, and if you would like to know more, please do not hesitate to call me and I will be glad to tell you all about it.
